What sets Our Architects Apart

In the design build model, unlike traditional architecture, the contractor is involved in all the phases of the design process, including programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, bidding, and construction administration. A key feature of design build is that construction pricing and construction timing are integrated into the process as early as the programming and schematic design phase.

In a traditional commercial build, the contractor typically doesn’t get involved until all the design phase is complete and 75% of the design invoices are paid. The integration of our services combined with our functional knowledge of design, economic and construction technologies sets Design Build Partners apart from other Nashville-based architectural firms.
