Within the past 100 years, the design and construction worlds separated, likely in an effort to defer liability.
The result? A method with lots of moving parts, separate entities, separate responsibilities, and lots of blame.
Our solution is simple: we manage one contract. Architect and general contractor are one and the same, with a single point of responsibility. All costs and profits are transparent. No design/build/bid, and no two party design and construction team.
